Nick Clegg Made His Own History in prime ministers questions

This was probably Nick Clegg’s finest hour (or half hour, as the case maybe), and probably as close as he will ever get to becoming PM, and doing the real thing. We look forward to when Cameron and Clegg come up against real opponents in either Ed or Dave (Miliband that is). TP is backing Ed Miliband. He was backign Balls, but Miliband seems a fair bet. One piece of advice to Ed, have a decent meal….

Clegg made history today, so he should be happy. We all like making our own history, and today, it was Clegg’s turn to make his own history.

Jack Straw appeared like a demented Rat that had had his tail stepped on by Clegg, crying out in pain, desperately squeaking, “get off my tail, let go.” Clegg was like a tom cat, playing with it, stepping on it, letting go, and then playing with it, and stepping on it again and again.

At one point, TP thought Straw was going to conk it, and keel over. Fortunately, Clegg, made it a less painful experience, by gunning him down six times – Straw definitely won’t be back for more….Thank God for small mercies….
