What do you write about?
Mainly politics and alternative news, and quirky comment pieces.

What’s the most memorable work you’ve done?
Walking up the steps of Dracula Castle – spooky.

What interview or feature would you love the chance to do?

How would you pay the bills if you weren’t a journalist?
Good question….

If we gave you £1,000, how would you spend it on? Probably on a swanky new blog design….

What books are on your bedside table, magazines in your bag, or blogs on your screen?

* Books on my desk: I love reading about other cultures, I’m more into travel books. I’ve read biographies such as Nick Drake, Miles Davis the Jazz artist. I love Scoop, by Evelin Waugh, Dracula, and love dipping into political biogs such as Blair by Antony Selden.
* Magazines: I love reading Total Politics, Mojo Magazine, Mens Health, and FHM.
* Blogs: I tend to keep up to date with all of them through Twitter and Facebook now. I read a lot of politics, journalism and web design blogs.

My Music Tastes: Political style

HERE is PLENTY’S top five political tracks.

No 5 is probably ironic, because Gordon Brown was touted as a ‘STAR’ of the Labour Party, with that clunking fist and wizard fiscal knowledge, but he may just have had his five minutes of fame.

At 4, it’s Dean Martin‘s You’re nobody until Somebody Loves You. At the moment, as polls suggest, noone is loving Gordon, so is there someone that loves him out there, apart from wifey Brown?

At 3, it’s Follow you, Follow Me by Phil Collins and Genesis. Gordon has been following Lord Mandelson‘s advice now for a while. Where Lord Mandy goes, Gordon follows.

At 2. Well, it was a tough call, but there had to be a Michael Jackson hit in there somewhere. So PLENTY put Man in the Mirror as one of his top political tracks. When Gordon was almost ousted a few weeks ago, he promised to make a change. As they say, a Leopard can’t really change his spots overnight. So far, no sign of a dramatic change from the PM. He’s still spinning cuts, and he’s still spinning about his chances of becoming officially elected next year.

And the top choice, in at 1, is Oasis with Champagne Supernova. It reminds PLENTY of everything about the loved up and cash driven 90s. The BOOM times. Unfortunately, the lack of regulation, and the lack of leadership from government meant that we came to where we are now. In a black hole and being dug deeper by our can’t add up Prime minister.
